摘要
为了研究在饲料中添加两种植物提取物复合物对断奶仔猪血常规和血液生化、血清激素指标的影响,试验选取胎次相近(3~6胎次)、25日龄的断奶“Y×L”二元仔猪120头,按体重相近原则随机分为对照组(A组)、抗生素组(B组)、植物提取物复合物Ⅰ组(C组)和植物提取物复合物Ⅱ组(D组),每组3个重复,每个重复10头。A组饲喂基础日粮,B组在基础日粮中添加20 mg/kg硫酸黏杆菌素+100 mg/kg杆菌肽锌,C组、D组分别在基础日粮中添加400 mg/kg植物提取物复合物Ⅰ、400 mg/kg植物提取物复合物Ⅱ,试验期30 d,分别于试验第15,30天采集试验猪血液,检测血常规和血液生化指标、激素指标。结果表明:第30天,与A组相比,B组、D组红细胞数(RBC)显著或极显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。第15天,与A组相比,B组、D组尿素氮(BUN)含量显著降低(P<0.05);C组总蛋白(TP)含量显著升高(P<0.05);B组、C组、D组球蛋白(GLB)含量显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。第30天,与A组相比,D组三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TCHO)、BUN含量均显著降低(P<0.05);C组白蛋白(ALB)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。试验第15,30天,与A组相比,B组、C组、D组血清生长激素(GH)和胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)含量显著或极显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);D组甲状腺素(T4)含量极显著升高(P<0.01)。试验第15,30天,与B组相比,C组、D组血常规、血液生化、激素各项指标均差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明在日粮中添加两种植物提取物复合物替代抗生素能改善断奶仔猪血常规和血液生化指标,提高相关激素含量,提高动物健康水平。
In order to study the effect of adding two kinds of plant extract complexes in the feed on serum hormone indexes, blood routine and blood biochemical indexes of weaned piglets, the experiment selected 120 "Y × L" binary piglets with similar parity(3-6 parity) and weaned at 25 days of age. According to the principle of similar body weight, they were randomly divided into control group(group A), antibiotic group(group B), plant extract complex I group(group C) and plant extract complex Ⅱ group(group D);each group had three repetitions, 10 heads for each repetition. Group A was fed the basal diet;group B was supplemented with 20 mg/kg colistin sulfate + 100 mg/kg bacitracin zinc in the basal diet, and groups C and D were supplemented with 400 mg/kg plant extract complex I and 400 mg/kg plant extract complex Ⅱ in the basal diet, respectively. The test period was 30 days, blood samples were collected from pigs on the 15 th and 30 th day of the test, respectively, and their hormone indexes, blood routine and blood biochemical indexes were detected. The results showed that on the 30 th day, compared with group A, the content of red blood cells(RBC) in groups B and D increased significantly or extremely significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01). On the 15 th day, compared with group A, the content of urea nitrogen(BUN) in groups B and D was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the content of total protein(TP) in group C was significantly increased(P<0.05);the content of globulin(GLB) in groups B, C, D decreased significantly or extremely significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01). On the 30 th day, compared with group A, the contents of triacylglycerol(TG), total cholesterol(TCHO) and BUN in group D were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the content of albumin(ALB) in group C was significantly increased(P<0.05). On the 15 th and 30 th day of the experiment, compared with group A, the levels of growth hormone(GH) and insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ) in groups B, C, and D were significantly or extremely significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01);the content of thyroxine(T4) in group D was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01). On the 15 th and 30 th day of the experiment, compared with group B, there were no significant differences in blood routine, blood biochemistry and hormones in groups C and D(P>0.05). The results suggested that adding two kinds of plant extract complexes to replace antibiotics in the diet could improve the blood routine and blood biochemical indexes of weaned piglets, increase the content of related growth hormone, and improve the animal health level.
