摘要
实行履约保证机制已经成为电网企业项目顺利开展的必要条件。基于人工智能技术,构建出新型的供应商行为制约方案架构,实现了供应商行为的多层次分析;构建了改进型关联算法模型,实现对影响供应商行为的各种因素分析,同时构建区块链网络架构;实现供应商行为的永久性存储,避免数据篡改,使得供应商的历史行为可溯、可查。试验结果表明,得出10%的履约金对于电网企业供应商具有较好的制约作用。
The implementation of a performance guarantee mechanism has become a necessary condition for the smooth development of power grid enterprise projects.Based on artificial intelligence technology,a new type of supplier behavior restriction scheme architecture was constructed,and a multi-level analysis of supplier behavior was realized.An improved correlation algorithm model was built to analyze various factors affecting supplier behavior.At the same time,a blockchain network architecture was built to achieve permanent storage of supplier behavior,avoid data tampering,and make the supplier’s historical behavior traceable and checkable.The test shows that it is concluded that a 10%performance fee has a better restrictive effect on power grid enterprise suppliers.
