摘要
现有模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)可靠性研究往往忽略子模块寿命相关性的影响。为此,依托贵州大学城市配电网柔性互联关键设备及技术研究示范工程,以直流配电中心混合式MMC为对象、子模块为单位,采用Gumbel型Copula函数构造子模块串联系统的可靠度函数联合概率分布,并对各个子模块进行可靠度解耦,建立了计及子模块相关性的MMC可靠性评估模型。最后,在MATLAB环境中进行仿真,验证了所建模型的正确性和有效性,并分析了子模块相关性系数、子模块冗余程度以及拓扑结构对混合式MMC可靠度的影响,为后续直流配电中心关键设备可靠性评估及应用提供了理论支撑。
The existing reliability studies of modular multilevel converter(MMC)often ignore the influence of submodule lifetime correlation.To this end,relying on the key equipment and the technology research demonstration project for flexible interconnection of urban distribution network of Guizhou University,the hybrid MMC of DC distribution center was taken as the object,the submodules were adopted as the units,and the joint probability distribution of the reliability function of the submodule series system was constructed by using Gumbel-type Copula function,and the reliability of each submodule was decoupled,and the MMC reliability evaluation model was established considering the correlation of submodules.Finally,the simulation was performed in the MATLAB environment to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the built model,and analyze the influence of submodule correlation coefficient,submodule redundancy and topological structure on the reliability of hybrid MMC,which provides theoretical support for the reliability evaluation and application of key equipment in DC distribution center.
