产业集群背景下河北省武安市谷子产业集中度及竞争力分析

Analysis on Millet Industry Concentration and Competitiveness in Wu’an City,Hebei Province under the Background of Industrial Clusters

基于2009~2019年研究区域的面源数据,运用区位商指数、集中系数、效率优势指数、规模优势指数和综合优势指数,对研究区域内武安市、磁县、涉县的谷子产业集中度和竞争力进行综合分析。结果表明:武安市LQ和CC均>1,且明显高于磁县和涉县,其中区位商呈现“∩”型趋势发展,说明谷子产业集中化程度高,地理优势明显,在研究区域内处于领先地位,但近年来区位商优势有所削弱;EAI、SAI和RCCA均>1,且呈现波动上升趋势,说明武安市谷子产业效率比较优势、规模比较优势以及综合比较优势较其他2个地区具有明显优势,产业正在朝着集中化、规模化的高水平方向发展。提出加强种业创新,推动产学研一体化;推进原粮基地建设,实行标准化生产;开展精深加工,打造高端差异化产品;深挖文化价值,多渠道唱响品牌的对策建议。

Based on the non-point source data of the study area from 2009 to 2019,the location quotient(LQ),concentration coefficient(CC),efficiency advantage index(EAI),scale advantage index(SAI)and relative comprehensive comparative advantage(RCCA)were used to comprehensively analyze the millet industry concentration and competitiveness of Wu’an City,Cixian County and Shexian County in the study area.The results showed that both LQ and CC of Wu’an City were greater than 1,and were significantly higher than those of Cixian County and Shexian County.The development of LQ showed a trend of“∩”,which indicated that millet industry was highly concentrated,with obvious geographical advantages,and it was in the leading position in the study area,but the LQ advantage had weakened in recent years.EAI,SAI and RCCA were all>1,and the trend of fluctuation was rising,which showed that the comparative advantage of millet industry efficiency,scale and comprehensive comparative advantage of Wu’an City had obvious advantages over the other two regions,and the industry was developing towards centralization and scale.The countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to strengthen seed industry innovation and promote the integration of production,teaching and research,promote the construction of raw grain bases and implement standardized production,carry out intensive processing and create high-end differentiated products,and exploit deeply the cultural value and sing the brand through multiple channels.
