35kV变电所主变微机差动保护装置误动和死机故障处理

摘要 差动保护作为大容量变压器的主保护之一,在区内发生短路故障时,能够迅速动作切除,除保护电气元器件完好无损外,更能有效保护变压器免遭烧毁,对保证供电安全稳定运行,至关重要。本文主要介绍35KV变电所主变压器在送电投运和运行过程中,因设计和施工等原因,导致系统区外发生短路故障时,微机差动保护装置误动、跳电死机、误报警等软硬故障查找、分析以及处理过程等介绍讨论,为微机综合测控装置的可靠运维及类似故障处理提供借鉴。 As one of the main protections of large capacity transformer,differential protection can quickly cut off in in case of short-circuit fault in the area.In addition to protection the integrity of electrical components,It is very important to ensure the safe and stable operation of power supply.This paper mainly introduces and discusses the process of finding,analyzing and handling soft and hard faults such as is operationpower tripping and crashand false alarm of microcomputer differential protection device when short-circuit fault occurs outside the system area due to design and construction during the power transmission,operation and operation of 35Kv su bstation main transformer,so as to provide reference for the reliable operation and maintenance of microcomputer integrated measurement and control device and similar fault handling。
