摘要
本文回顾了我国生态城市发展在侧重不同城市问题时的评价内容的变化。为应对新型城镇化发展和全球环境公共安全挑战,城市建设将更加注重人居健康和环境宜居。本文在总结现有宜居城市、健康城市相关评价体系的基础上,将健康和宜居性能在经济、环境、社会和城市建设这四个生态城市评价领域的评价要点进行了分析,为未来搭建基于健康宜居性能的生态城市评价体系提供了研究基础。
This paper reviews the changes in the evaluation contents of China’s Eco-city development when focusing on different urban issues.In order to meet the challenges of new urbanization development and global environmental security,urban construction will pay more attention to human health and environmental livability.Based on the summary of the existing evaluation systems related to livable cities and healthy cities,this paper analyzes the evaluation factors of health and livability performance in four Eco-city evaluation fields,including economy,environment,society and urban construction,which provides a research basis for building an Eco-city evaluation system based on health and livability performance in the future.
