摘要
随着我国老龄化进程的加快,建设老龄友好型社会已成共识,适老化住宅作为推动居家和社区养老的核心载体,建设的重要性和紧迫性与日俱增。新加坡较早开始推动以居家和社区在地化为主体的养老模式,在适老化住宅建设上有较为成熟的实践经验。基于对新加坡老龄化特征的分析,本文重点对各阶段适老化住宅建设的主要类型和发展趋势进行了阐释,并对相关的老年住房政策进行了梳理。最后,结合我国老龄化特征和养老现状对可借鉴之处提出了建设性的意见,以期为我国老龄群体创造更美好的人居环境。
With the acceleration of aging process in china,it has become a consensus to build the age-friendly society.As the core carrier of promoting home care and community elderly care,the importance and urgency of the construction of age-friendly housing are growing day by day.Singapore started to promote the localized elderly-care model at home and community as the main body earlier,and has accumulated relatively mature practical experience in the construction of age-friendly housing.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of aging process in Singapore,this paper mainly explains the main types and development trends of age-friendly housing at various stages and sorts out the relevant elderly housing policies.Finally,combined with the aging characteristics in China and the current situation of elderly care,the constructive suggestions are provided in order to create a better living environment for the elderly in China.
