Exploration and Demonstration of New Mode of Construction Industry Worker Training

建筑产业工人是我国产业工人的重要组成部分,是建筑业发展的基础。中建八局南方公司通过创新打造“三地模式”,探索建设建筑产业工人培训基地,在建筑产业工人队伍建设改革方面发挥了积极示范和带动作用。本文以中建八局南方公司为例,介绍建筑产业工人培训工作的新实践、新做法、新经验,以期为建筑产业工人培训的创新发展提供方向与参考路径。

Construction workers are an important part of China’s industrial workers and the basis of the development of construction industry.China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Southern Company has explored the construction workers’training base by innovating and creating the“three place model”,which has played a positive demonstration and leading role in the construction and reform of construction industry workers.Taking the Southern Company of China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau as an example,this paper introduces the new method,new practice and new experience of workers’training in the construction industry,which could provide reference for the innovative development of workers’training in the construction industry.
