摘要
广州地铁某车辆段库房区盖板为全国首个应用了装配式工法建设的库房区盖板,创新性的采用了暗牛腿式免支撑叠合梁板结构体系,并实现了土建机电一体化施工以及免模免撑、高质高效、控制成本、节省工器的建设目标。本文介绍了该结构体系的结构选型、构件设计、连接节点和施工方法,说明了该体系可针对性的解决装配式方案在段场盖板项目实施中面临的吊装困难、措施繁杂、工期缓慢的痛点,充分发挥装配式工法的优势,具有较大的可推广性,可为相关工程提供参考。
The cover plate of the warehouse area of Guangzhou Metro is the first warehouse cover plate constructed by the prefabricated construction method in China.The integrated construction achieves the construction goals of formwork-free and support-free,high quality and high efficiency,cost control,and tool saving.This paper introduces the structural selection,component design,connection nodes and construction methods of the structural system,and explains that the system can solve the hoisting difficulties,complicated measures and slow construction period faced by the prefabricated projects in the implementation of the yard cover project,and gives full play to the advantages of the prefabricated construction method for popularization,which can provide reference for related projects.
