长三角一体化示范区交通规划建设导则研究

Study on Traffic Planning Construction Guidelines for Yangtze River Delta Integration Demonstration Area

为推进长三角一体化示范区生态绿色发展,提升示范区规划建设质量,研究制定示范区统一的规划建设导则。研究以打造绿色高效多样的综合交通系统为目标,从高效快捷的公共交通、便捷有序的道路交通、友好易达的特色交通、灵活多样的智慧交通4个方面建构了示范区综合交通管控体系;针对三地标准不协调、不统一而造成的功能不匹配、空间不协调、管理不精细等问题,探索形成了跨省域交通一体化衔接技术;以特色交通、智慧交通引导出行理念和交通方式转变,对交通领域新理念、新技术进行了积极探索。

In order to promote the ecological green development and improve the planning construction quality of the integration demonstration area in Yangtze River Delta,the unified planning construction guidelines of the demonstration area are studied and formulated.To create a green,efficient and diverse integrated transportation system as the goal,the integrated transportation management and control system of the demonstration area is built from four aspects of the efficient and rapid public transport,convenient and orderly road transport,friendly and accessible distinctive transport,and flexible and diverse intelligent transport.Aiming at the problems of function mismatch,space disharmony and management imprecision caused by the uncoordinated and disunified standards among the three places,the interprovincial transportation integration connection technology is explored to form.Guided by the transformation of travel concepts and transportation modes with the distinctive transport and intelligent transport,the new concepts and technologies in the transportation field are positively explored.
