通过城市道路与街道基本含义的对比,探讨了城市道路在品质提升设计中运用街道理念中的目标设计法、类型设计法、使用者群体需求设计法、空间组成要素设计法,使城市道路设计思路在导向、边界、技术、功能、管理5个方面向街道理念转变的必要性和必然性。

By comparing the basic meanings of urban roads and streets,the goal design method,type design method,user group demand design method and space composition element design method in the street concept used in the design of quality improvement of urban roads are discussed to make the necessity and inevitability of changing the design ideas of urban roads to street concepts in five aspects of guidance,boundary,technology,function and management.
