水闸交通桥结构形式改变对水闸闸室受力影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 水闸除险加固过程中往往会改变闸室局部结构形式,这对闸室受力会产生影响,针对很多水闸在改造加固时将正拱形交通桥改建成平板式交通桥,分析水闸交通桥结构形式改变对底板应力有很大的影响。以江苏某水闸为例,利用三维有限元软件建立拱形桥与平板桥两种情况下的水闸三维模型,分别对两种情况下的底板应力进行计算,分析比较不同形式的交通桥对反拱底板应力的影响。分析结果表明:将拱形交通桥改成平板交通桥会使水闸反拱底板拱脚处的拉应力变大,且在拱脚附近形成应力集中,从而造成底板产生裂缝。 In the process of reinforcement,the local structural form of sluice chamber will be often changed,which will affect stress of the sluice chamber.Aiming at that the arched access bridge is reconstructed to the flat-bed access bridge during the reconstruction and reinforcement of many sluices,the influence of the structural form change of sluice access bridge on the stress of baseboard is analyzed.Taking a sluice in Jiangsu as an example,the 3D finite element software is used to establish a 3D sluice model for the arched bridge and the flat-bed bridge to calculate the baseboard stresses of the two situations,which analyzes and compares the influences of the access bridges with the different forms on the stresses of the reverse arch baseboard.The results show that the change of the arched access bridge into the flat-bed access bridge will make the tensile stress at the arch foot of reverse arch baseboard of the sluice larger and the stress formed near the arch foot concentrated so as to cause the cracks of baseboard.
