摘要
以某高速公路T梁预制移动台座智能集成化工厂为例,比较传统与智能集成化预制场两者的差异,并在此基础上说明其在自行式液压模板施工、恒温蒸养养生、预应力分次张拉等关键工艺与质量的控制,结果表明:通过集成化生产的梁体钢筋保护层厚度、色泽、混凝土强度、预应力张拉力均达到理想的质量效果,最后分析智能集成化工厂的T梁生产成本与控制与生产规模。
Taking an intelligent integrated factory with T-beam precast movable platform on an expressway as an example,the differences between the traditional and intelligent integrated prefabrication fields are compared.On this basis,the key technologies and quality control of the self-propelled hydraulic template construction,thermostatic steam curing and prestressed tensioning by batches are explained.The result shows that the thickness,color,concrete strength,prestressed tensile force of the protective layer of beam body reinforced by the integrated production reach the ideal quality effect.Finally,the production cost,control and production scale of T beam from the intelligent integrated factory are analyzed.
