北京历史街区现状市政管线改造设计难点分析

古都风貌的整体保护是北京历史文化名城保护的重要内容之一,随着北京城市总体规划对老城区的整体保护和历史街区的保护理念不断完善,政府对历史街区保护项目的研究更为深入。为促进老城复兴,改善人居环境,带动城区旅游,促进历史街区经济发展,对历史街区的综合整治极为迫切。整治过程中,街区下管线错综复杂、管线破损严重、市政管线混接等问题突出,现状市政管线改造面临着巨大的考验及难题。结合实际情况,对现状改造问题进行分析并解决。

The overall protection of the ancient capital style is one of the important contents in the conservation of historical cultural city of Beijing.According to the overall planning of Beijing,the overall conservation of the old city and the conservation concept of the historical blocks are constantly improved.The research on the conservation projects of the historic blocks by the government is more deeply.In order to promote the renaissance of the old city,improve the living environment,bring along the urban tourism and accelerate the economic development of the historic blocks,the comprehensive improvement of historic blocks is extremely urgent.In the process of improvement,the pipelines under the blocks are convoluted,the pipelines are damaged seriously,the municipal pipelines are mixed and the other problems are prominent.The current situation of municipal pipeline reconstruction is facing great test and difficult problems.Combined with the actual situation,the problems of current reconstruction are analyzed and solved.
