摘要
针对利用隧道结构提取浅层地热能用以路面防结冰的系统,基于隧道敞开段结构特点提出隧道下路面埋管的总体敷设方案。在总体方案的基础上,通过建立道路下埋管数值模型,分析了路面埋管总体换热特点,以及埋管间距对路面埋管换热性能的影响。结果表明:(1)路面下换热管宜敷设在混凝土铺装层中,并采用单U型平行坡面布设;(2)在一定范围内,相邻U型管间距是影响路面埋管防结冰系统效果的主要因素,进出水口间距变化对埋管防结冰系统运行效果影响并不明显。最后分析得到了该研究依托工程最佳性价比的埋管敷设方案,给类似工程应用提供了思路。
Aiming at the system of using the tunnel structure to extract the shallow geothermal energy for the anti-icing of pavement,the overall laying scheme of laying pipes under the tunnel pavement is proposed according to the structural characteristics of the tunnel open section.On the basis of the overall scheme,the numerical model of pipe laying under road is established to analyze the overall heat exchange characteristics of pipe laying on the road surface and the influence of pipe laying spacing on the heat exchange performance of pipe laying on the road surface.The results show that the heat exchange pipe under the pavement should be laid in the concrete pavement layer and laid by the single U-shaped parallel slope surface.Within a certain range,the adjacent U-shaped pipe spacing is the main factor affecting the effect of the anti-icing system of pipe laying on road surface,and the change of the spacing of the inlet and outlet has no obvious impact on the operation effect of the anti-icing system of laid pipe.Finally,the pipe laying scheme is analyzed and obtained according to the optimal cost and performance ratio of the project,which provides the ideas for the similar engineering applications.
