Visual Analysis of Nursing Research on Patients with Clavicle Fractures

目的:挖掘锁骨骨折患者护理研究的进展和新方向,以期提高护理水平,为患者提供更优质的护理。方法:搜索Web of Science数据库2016-2020年锁骨骨折护理相关文献,分析文献时间及地区分布、作者和期刊分布以及主题聚类。结果:选取文献5422篇,文献发表量呈波动上升趋势。美国发文最多,2129篇(39.27%)。5850家机构中,发文量最大的是:梅奥医学中心,153篇。11960种期刊中,刊文量最大的是:JOURNAL OF ARTHROPLASTY,204篇。发文量最高的作者是:Liu,H,28篇。高频共现关键词主要有3类,反应了锁骨骨折治疗护理的模式、评价、内容和影响因素等。结论:锁骨骨折护理面临影响因素众多、需要积极的术后康复锻炼,要求护理模式不断人性化和精细化,以提高患者康复效果。

Objective:To explore the progress and new direction of nursing research on patients with clavicular fracture,in order to improve the nursing level and provide better nursing for patients.Methods:The literatures related to clavicular fracture nursing from 2016 to2020 in web of science database were searched,and the time and regional distribution of the literatures,the distribution of authors and journals,and the clustering of topics were analyzed.Results:5422 articles were selected,and the publication volume showed a fluctuating upward trend.The United States has the most papers,2129(39.27%).Among the 5850 institutions,the largest number of articles were published by Mayo Medical Center,with 153 articles.Among the 11960 periodicals,the largest number of articles is journal of arthplasty,204.The author with the highest number of articles is Liu,h,28.There are three types of high-frequency co-occurrence keywords,which reflect the mode,evaluation,content and influencing factors of clavicular fracture treatment and nursing.Conclusion:The nursing of clavicle fracture is faced with many influencing factors and needs active postoperative rehabilitation exercise.The nursing mode should be humanized and refined to improve the rehabilitation effect of patients.
