中医特色护理在腰椎管狭窄症患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Patients with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

目的:探讨腰椎管狭窄症患者开展中医特色护理的效果。方法:选取我院2019年1月-2020年12月腰椎管狭窄症患者118例,按双盲随机抽签法分为对照组及观察组,各59例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受中医特色护理。比较2组护理效果,干预前后腰椎功能、生活质量改善情况、VAS疼痛评分、自我效能感、心理韧性,并比较2组并发症总发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组护理总有效率为91.53%,高于对照组的77.96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经护理干预后,观察组JOA评分高于对照组,RMDQ评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经护理干预后,观察组VAS疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经护理干预后,观察组GSES、CD-RISC评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为8.47%,低于对照组的27.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意率为98.31%,高于对照组的86.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在腰椎管狭窄症患者护理中实施中医特色护理可有效提高护理有效率,改善患者腰椎功能及患者生活质量,降低患者疼痛程度,增强自我效能感及心理韧性水平,并可降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。
