基于fsQCA组态视角的我国家庭健康教育水平及提升路径分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的:分析我国家庭健康教育水平及区域差异,为相关政策的制定与实施提供参考。方法:使用我国微观家庭调查数据从家庭健康教育覆盖水平、纵深水平以及投资水平3个维度分析,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法明确我国家庭健康教育水平的不同组合路径。结果:我国家庭健康教育高水平组态共有10种解,横向维度下总体一致性为0.818,总体覆盖度为0.821;纵向维度下总体一致性为0.791,总体覆盖度为0.703;投资维度下总体一致性为0.801,总体覆盖度为0.860。结论:我国家庭健康教育地区差异明显且影响因素复杂,存在多条路径可以提升我国家庭健康教育水平。“财政支持”“健康安全”是提升家庭健康教育覆盖水平的核心政策;“教师梯队建设”是提升家庭健康教育纵深水平的关键;“赛事活动”“基础设施建设”是提升家庭健康教育投资水平的关键。 Objective:To analyze the level of family health education and regional differences in China,so as to provide a reference for the formulation and implementation of relevant policy.Methods:The micro family survey data in China were analyzed from three dimensions:family health education coverage level,depth level and investment level,and the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method was used to clarify the different combination paths of family health education level in China.Results:There were 10 solutions for the high-level configuration of family health education,with an overall consistency of 0.818 and an overall coverage of 0.821 in the horizontal dimension,0.791 and a total coverage of 0.703 in the vertical dimension,and 0.801 and an overall coverage of 0.860 under the investment dimension.Conclusion:There are obvious regional differences in family health education in China and complex influencing factors,and there are multiple paths that can improve the level of family health education in China."Financial support" and "health and safety" are the core policies to improve the coverage level of family health education."Teacher echelon construction" is the key to improving the depth of family health education."Event activities" and "infrastructure construction" are the keys to improving the level of investment in family health education.
