饲养模式对肉鸡生长性能及肉品质的影响

摘要 试验旨在研究饲养模式对肉鸡生长性能及肉品质的影响。选择360羽1日龄雌性麻黄肉鸡随机分为平养、网养和笼养3个处理,每处理6个重复,每重复20只鸡,试验期65 d。结果表明:(1)1~21 d,平养末重(FBW)、平均日增重(ADG)和料重比(F/G)显著优于其他组(P<0.05),网养平均日采食量(ADFI)显著提高(P<0.05);22~42 d,笼养ADFI显著高于其他组(P<0.05);43~65 d,笼养FBW、ADFI及ADG显著高于平养(P<0.05);1~65 d,笼养ADFI显著高于平养(P<0.05)。(2)笼养14 d法氏囊指数和21 d胸腺指数分别显著高于平养和网养(P<0.05);平养65 d肌胃指数高于其他组(P<0.05)。(3)网养胸肌pH24 h显著高于平养(P<0.05);笼养腿肌pH45 min显著高于平养(P<0.05)。综上,本试验条件下,建议“仔鸡平养+中大鸡笼养”饲养麻黄肉鸡最佳。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of rearing systems on growth performance and meat quality of broiler chickens. Three hundred and sixty female Mahuang broiler chickens aged one day were randomly distributed into three groups with six replicate cages having 20 birds in each. Three groups were reard in three patterns: floor-rearing, net-rearing and cage-rearing. The experiment lasted for 65 days. The results showed as the followings:(1) At one to 21 days of age, the final body weight(FBW), average daily gain(ADG) and the feed to gain ratio(F/G) in floor-rearing were better than those in the other groups(P<0.05), while average daily feed intake(ADFI) of net-rearing group was significantly increased(P<0.05);at 21 to 42 days of age, the ADFI in cage-rearing group was higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05);at 43 to 65 days of age, the FBW, ADFI and ADG in cagerearing group were higher than those in floor-rearing group(P<0.05);at one to 65 days of age, the ADFI in cage-rearing group was higher than that in floor-rearing group(P<0.05).(2) The 14 days old bursa index and 21 days old thymus index in cage-rearing group were higher than that in floor-rearing and netrearing group, respectively(P<0.05);the gizzard index of broiler chickens aged 65 days in floor-rearing group was higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).(3) The pH24 h of breast muscle in net-rearing group was higher than that in floor-rearinggroup(P<0.05);the p H45 min of leg muscle in cage-rearing group was higher than that in floor-rear-ing group(P<0.05). Therefore, under the experi-mental conditions, it was suggested that the bestrearing system of Mahuang broiler chickens was"the little birds raised by floor-rearing + the medium-big birds raised by cage-rearing".
