类黄酮的生物活性作用及其在反刍动物生产中的应用

Bioactivities of Flavonoids and Its Application in Ruminants Production

类黄酮是一类多酚化合物,主要以糖苷的形式存在于植物中,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抑菌及抗肿瘤等多种生物活性作用,对维持动物机体健康和提高生产性能具有良好作用。大量试验研究表明,在反刍动物日粮中添加类黄酮可以调节瘤胃发酵、提高生产性能、影响泌乳水平和乳品质。因此,类黄酮在反刍动物生产中具有广阔应用前景。文章对类黄酮抗氧化、抗炎、抑菌和抗肿瘤作用及其在反刍动物生产中的应用进行综述,以期为类黄酮在反刍动物上应用提供参考。

Flavonoids are a class of polyphenols, mainly existed in natural plants in the form of glycosides. They have a variety of biological activities such as anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, bacteriostasis and anti-tumor, and have good effects on maintaining animal health and improving production performance. A large number of experimental studies have shown that adding flavonoids to ruminant diet can regulate rumen fermentation, improve growth performance, affect lactation level and milk quality. Therefore, flavonoids have a wide application prospect in ruminant production. This paper reviewed the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, bacteriostatic and anti-tumor effects of flavonoids and their application in ruminants production, in order to provide reference for the application of flavonoids in ruminants.
