慢性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常应用厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with amiodarone in the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia

目的分析慢性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者应用厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗的临床效果。方法86例慢性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者,以入院编号单双数分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采用胺碘酮进行治疗,观察组采用厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、心功能指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的74.42%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者心率(93.74±10.89)次/min、QT离散度(31.57±3.54)ms低于对照组的(100.67±11.82)次/min、(41.35±3.58)ms,左室射血分数(52.88±1.58)%高于对照组的(45.68±1.69)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未见明显不良反应情况发生。结论采用厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗慢性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者效果显著,能够改善心功能指标,且不会增加不良反应发生几率,建议临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with amiodarone in the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia were divided into control group and observation group according to odd and even numbers of admission numbers,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amiodarone,and the observation group was treated with irbesartan combined with amiodarone.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function indexes and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 74.42%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart rate(93.74±10.89)beats/min and QT dispersion(31.57±3.54)ms in the observation group were lower than(100.67±11.82)beats/min and(41.35±3.58)ms in the control group;the left ventricular ejection fraction(52.88±1.58)%in the observation group was higher than(45.68±1.69)%in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Irbesartan combined with amiodarone has significant effect on patients with chronic heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia,which can improve the cardiac function indicators,and will not increase the probability of adverse reactions.It is recommended to be recommended and applied in clinical practice.
