中频脉冲电刺激联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩关节半脱位的效果观察

Effect observation of intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of subluxation of the shoulder after stroke

目的分析脑卒中后肩关节半脱位的特点,研究中频脉冲电刺激、康复训练联合实施的临床价值。方法80例脑卒中后肩关节半脱位患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组进行康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上辅助中频脉冲电刺激。比较两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后疼痛、上肢运动功能、日常生活能力评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者疼痛、上肢运动功能、日常生活能力评分分别为(1.15±0.50)、(38.50±4.50)、(70.50±6.50)分,均优于对照组的(5.05±1.05)、(28.50±3.50)、(54.50±5.50)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中频脉冲电刺激联合康复训练治疗可以有效改善脑卒中后肩关节半脱位患者的上肢运动功能、日常生活能力,减轻患者疼痛,预后效果理想。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of subluxation of the shoulder after stroke,and study the clinical value of intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training.Methods A total of 80 patients with subluxation of the shoulder after stroke were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation training,and the observation group was supplemented with intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain score,upper extremity motor function score,and activities of daily living score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.00%of the observation group was higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain,upper extremity motor function and activities of daily living of the observation group were(1.15±0.50),(38.50±4.50)and(70.50±6.50)points,which were better than(5.05±1.05),(28.50±3.50)and(54.50±5.50)points of the control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the upper extremity motor function and activities of daily living in patients with subluxation of the shoulder after stroke,reduce the pain of the patient,and has an ideal prognosis.
