产后乳房按摩护理对促进产妇泌乳效果及乳腺胀痛的影响

Effect of Postpartum Breast Massage Nursing on Promoting the Effect of Puerpera Lactation and Breast Pain

目的探讨产后乳房按摩护理对产妇产后泌乳情况、乳腺胀痛情况、产后舒适度、护理满意度的影响。方法收集2021年1~12月共90例在我院分娩的产妇,按照抽签法将产妇分为常规组45例与按摩组45例,其中常规组实施常规产妇产后护理模式,按摩组则增加产后乳房按摩护理。对比两组产妇产后不同时间的泌乳情况、乳腺胀痛情况、心理状态、护理满意度及产妇舒适度情况。结果按摩组产妇的首次泌乳时间、恶露时间、宫底高度及阴道出血量均少于常规组(P<0.05);按摩组产妇的产后24 h泌乳量量少百分比量足百分比、产后48 h泌乳量量足百分比及产后72 h泌乳量量足百分比均明显高于常规组(P<0.05);按摩组产妇产后72 h抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于常规组产妇(P<0.05);按摩组产妇乳房肿胀程度Ⅰ级百分比与0级百分比均高于常规组产妇(P<0.05);按摩组的舒适度及护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论产妇实施乳房按摩护理可以改善泌乳效果及乳腺肿胀,减轻不良情绪,提高产妇的舒适度。

Objective To investigate the effect of postpartum breast massage nursing on postpartum lactation,breast tenderness,postpartum comfort,and nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 90 puerperae who gave birth in our hospital and underwent postpartum breast massage care during the period from January 2021 to December 2021 were collected.According to the lottery method,the puerperae were divided into a routine group of 45 cases and a massage group of 45 cases,of which the routine group The routine postpartum nursing mode was implemented,and the massage group added postpartum breast massage care.The lactation status,breast tenderness,psychological state,nursing satisfaction and maternal comfort at different time after delivery were compared between the two groups.Results The first lactation time,lochia time,fundus height and vaginal bleeding volume of the puerperae in the massage group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The percentage of breasts and the percentage of milk production at 72 h postpartum were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)of puerperae in the massage group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The percentages of grade I and grade 0 breast swelling in the massage group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The comfort and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Maternal breast massage care can improve lactation effect and breast swelling,reduce negative emotions,and improve maternal comfort.
