孟鲁司特钠联合西咪替丁治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Cimetidine in the Treatment of Children with Henoch Schonlein Purpura

目的研究小儿过敏性紫癜临床治疗中使用孟鲁司特钠与西咪替丁的效果。方法选取2020年9月至2022年9月我院收治的64例小儿过敏性紫癜患者,以奇偶数交替方式分组,对照组32例单独使用西咪替丁治疗,观察组32例患者在西咪替丁治疗基础上,联合使用孟鲁司特钠,比较两组患儿临床症状纠正时间、炎性因子水平变化(TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8)、T淋巴细胞亚群指标(CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+))、疗效与药物使用安全性。结果观察组经过联合治疗后,皮肤紫癜、胃肠不适、关节红肿临床症状纠正时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8炎性因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)指标水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组发生头晕、嗜睡、乏力不良反应的例数少于对照组,不良反应发生率组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿过敏性紫癜临床治疗中,采取孟鲁司特钠与西咪替丁联合方案产生的临床效果显著,能够缩短小儿紫癜临床症状纠正时间,优化炎性因子与T淋巴亚群指标,对提升临床疗效,确保药物使用安全性产生深远影响。

Objective To study the efficacy of montelukast sodium and cimetidine in the clinical treatment of allergic purpura in children.Methods A total of 64 children with henoch schonlein purpura admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into odd even number groups,32 patients in the control group were treated with cimetidine alone,and 32 patients in the observation group were treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of cimetidine.The time to correct clinical symptoms and the changes in levels of inflammatory factors(TNF)were compared between the two groups-α,IL-6,IL-8,T lymphocyte subsets(CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)),efficacy and drug use safety.Results After combined treatment,the time to correct the clinical symptoms of purpura,gastrointestinal discomfort and joint redness in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 of the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The index level of CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of cases of dizziness,lethargy and fatigue in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of children with henoch schonlein purpura,the combination of montelukast sodium and cimetidine has a significant clinical effect,which can shorten the time to correct the clinical symptoms of children with henoch schonlein purpura,optimize the indicators of inflammatory factors and T-lymphocyte subsets,and have a profound impact on improving the clinical efficacy and ensuring the safety of drug use.
