优质护理在手术室护理工作中的应用及对患者睡眠质量的影响

Application of High Quality Nursing in Operating Room Nursing and Its Influence on Patients'Sleep Quality

目的研究优质护理在手术室护理工作中的应用及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法选取本院于2022年1~10月收治的手术患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),对照组手术患者采用常规手术室护理,观察组手术患者采用优质手术室护理,对比两组手术患者的围手术期指标、护理满意度、应激反应指标、心理情绪及睡眠质量评分、并发症情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、出血量、排气时间、下床时间、住院时间各项围手术期指标短于对照组,对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术患者护理满意度高于对照组,对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术患者护理后焦虑、抑郁、睡眠质量评分低于对照组,对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术患者切口感染、肺部感染、下肢深静脉血栓并发症总发生率低于对照组,对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在优质手术室护理方法下围手术期指标显著好转、护理满意度显著提高、心理情绪显著好转、睡眠质量显著提高、并发症发生率显著下降。

Objective To study the application of quality nursing in the nursing work of operating room and its influence on the sleep quality of patients.Methods Sixty surgical patients admitted in our hospital from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)according to the random number table.The patients in the control group were nursed in the conventional operating room,while the patients in the observation group were nursed in the high-quality operating room.The perioperative indicators,nursing satisfaction,stress response indicators,psychological emotion,and sleep quality scores of the two groups of surgical patients were compared Complications.Results The perioperative indexes of operation time,bleeding volume,exhaust time,time out of bed and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety,depression and sleep quality of patients in the observation group after nursing care were lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of incision infection,pulmonary infection and complications of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the high-quality operating room nursing method,the perioperative indicators of the operating patients are significantly improved,the nursing satisfaction is significantly improved,the psychological mood is significantly improved,the sleep quality is significantly improved,and the incidence of complications is significantly reduced.
