健康教育在肺结核护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Health Education in Pulmonary Tuberculosis Nursing

目的探讨健康教育在肺结核护理中的应用价值。方法选取我院2021年1月至2022年6月收治的肺结核患者80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组40例与研究组40例。对照组患者行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予健康教育。比较两组不良反应发生率、遵医率、肺结核疾病知识评分、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活状态评分、护理满意度等情况。结果研究组的护理满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。研究组的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活状态评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应有1例,占2.50%,而对照组不良反应7例,占17.50%。研究组遵医率高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组肺结核疾病知识评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论肺结核患者实施健康教育效果确切,能够有提高患者疾病知识认知和遵医行为,提高躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活状态和护理满意度,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To explore the application value of health education in pulmonary tuberculosis nursing.Methods A total of 80 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into a control group of 40 cases and a research group of 40 cases by random number table method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and the patients in the research group were given health education on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions,compliance rate,pulmonary tuberculosis disease knowledge score,physical function,psychological function,social function and material life status score,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life status in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was 1 case of adverse reactions in the study group,accounting for 2.50%,while 7 cases of adverse reactions in the control group,accounting for 17.50%.The compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The knowledge score of pulmonary tuberculosis in the study group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of health education on pulmonary tuberculosis patients is definite.It can improve patients'disease knowledge,cognition and medical compliance behavior,improve physical function,psychological function,social function,material life status and nursing satisfaction,and reduce adverse reactions.
