宫颈癌前病变患者的心理特点与护理对策

Psychological Characteristics of Cervical Precancerous Lesions and Nursing Countermeasures

目的探究宫颈癌前病变患者的心理特点,给出科学有效的护理对策。方法选取2018年5月至2019年11月到本院治疗的69例宫颈癌前病变患者为本文分析对象,以随机数字表法分A、B两组进行研究,A组34例患者,采用常规护理模式;B组35例患者,实施综合护理模式,比较两组患者焦虑抑郁评分、护理满意度。结果干预前对比两组的心理状态评分接近,P>0.05;干预后,两组宫颈癌前病变知识知晓度、遵医治疗行为评分、SAS、SDS评分、护理满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论明确宫颈癌前病变患者心理特点,以此为基础开展综合护理工作,能够帮助患者克服焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提高其护理满意度。

Objective To explore the psychological characteristics of patients with cervical precancerous lesions and provide scientific and effective nursing strategies.Methods A total of 69 patients with cervical precancerous lesions who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the analysis objects of this paper.They were randomly divided into two groups,A and B,and 34 patients in group A were treated with conventional nursing mode;35 patients in group B were treated with comprehensive nursing mode,and their anxiety and depression scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,there were significant differences between the two groups in knowledge of cervical precancerous lesions,treatment compliance behavior score,SAS,SDS score,and nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion To clarify the psychological characteristics of patients with cervical precancerous lesions,and to carry out comprehensive nursing work on this basis can help patients overcome anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
