胸外科重症术后呼吸功能恢复中精细化护理的应用效果

Application Effect of Fine Nursing in the Recovery of Respiratory Function after Thoracic Surgery

目的观察在胸外科重症手术后出现呼吸功能异常的患者群体中使用精细化护理时,对其呼吸功能恢复情况的影响。方法所选患者均来自2020年2月至2022年2月于本院接受胸外科重症手术的患者,共114例,将其根据患者入院顺序平均纳入对照组与观察组,对照组共57例,接受术后常规护理进行干预,而观察组57例则接受精细化护理作为术后护理干预模式。对比两组患者的术后呼吸功能恢复情况、护理满意度与护理有效率以及相关肺功能指标。结果观察组患者的术后呼吸功能恢复状况相较于对照组而言更为理想,且其护理满意度与护理有效率也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的第1秒用力呼出量、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼出量占呼气量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用精细化护理能够充分提高胸外科重症术后患者的呼吸功能恢复效率,还能够促进患者肺功能恢复正常,能够获得较为理想的恢复效率。

Objective To observe the effect of fine nursing on the recovery of respiratory function in patients with abnormal respiratory function after severe thoracic surgery.Methods All patients were selected from 114 patients who received severe thoracic surgery in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission.There were 57 patients in the control group who received routine postoperative nursing intervention,while 57 patients in the observation group received intensive nursing intervention as the mode of postoperative nursing intervention.The respiratory function recovery,nursing satisfaction,nursing effectiveness,and related pulmonary function indicators of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had better respiratory function recovery after operation,and their nursing satisfaction and nursing effectiveness were also significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The expiratory volume within one second,forced vital capacity,and the proportion of expiratory volume within one second in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,indicating that their pulmonary function indicators were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of fine nursing can fully improve the respiratory function recovery efficiency of patients with severe thoracic surgery after operation,in addition,it can fully improve their pulmonary function to return to normal,and can obtain an ideal recovery efficiency.
