网络教育背景下高校思想政治教育“全员育人”的实现路径

“全员育人”是“三全育人”一体化育人格局中对育人主体责任的界定,也是新时代加强高校思想政治工作体系建设,全面提高人才培养能力的具体要求之一。全媒体时代背景下尤其是疫情防控的原因,全国高校教学主阵地从课堂教学转为线上授课,教学形式的变化一定程度上挑战了传统思政教学的地位。在“网络教育”背景下推动线上思政教育各育人主体的责任压实及联动一体化育人长效机制运行,贯彻落实“全员育人”的要求,是当前线上思想政治教育得以开展的重要课题,也是“三全育人”要求得以落实的具体路径。
