行业英语教材编写真实性原则及开发利用建议--基于首届国家优秀教材的案例分析

Principles of Authenticity in Compiling Industrial English Textbooks and Suggestions for Development and Utilization-A Case Study Based on the First National Excellent Textbooks

真实性原则是行业英语教材编写最突出的特点。基于对首届国家优秀教材的样本研究,发现了真实性原则的三个维度,即教材目标真实性、教材内容真实性和任务设计真实性。依据真实性原则编写的行业英语教材对高质量开展教学具有重要意义。教材编写的真实性原则同样给教学带来了有益启示,应从以学生需求为根本、以内容为依托、以应用为目的、以教材为基础四个方面进一步开发利用好优秀教材。

The principle of authenticity is the most prominent feature of compiling industrial English textbooks.Based on the sample study of the first national excellent English textbooks,three dimensions of the principles of authenticity are discovered,i.e.,authenticity of textbooks’objectives,authenticity of textbooks’contents and authenticity of task design.Industrial English textbooks based on the authenticity principle are significant for high-quality teaching and learning.The principle of authenticity in textbook compilation also brings useful insights to teaching and promotes further development and utilization of excellent textbooks in four aspects of taking students’needs as the core,content as the basis,application as the objectives,and textbooks as the foundation.
