摘要
全球经济一体化发展给企业带来了机遇和挑战。客户是企业最终产生利润的源泉,由此带来的客户争夺异常激烈。在全球供应链发展的前提下,第三方物流企业为了提供精准化客户服务,必须要进行客户分类管理。基于当前供应链环境下第三方物流企业客户管理的新特点,第三方物流企业和客户形成了四种关系以及对应的管理策略。
The development of global economic integration has brought opportunities and challenges to enterprises.Customers are the source of profits for an enterprise,which causes fierce competition for winning customers.Under the premise of the development of global supply chain,third-party logistics enterprises must carry out customer classification management in order to provide precise customer services.Based on the new characteristics of customer management of third-party logistics enterprises in current supply chain environment,third-party logistics enterprises and customers have formed four relationships and corresponding management strategies.
