2020-2021年四川省自贡市食品中沙门氏菌的污染及耐药性研究 被引量:5

Contamination status and antimicrobial resistance of Salmonella in foods in Zigong city,Sichuan province from 2020 to 2021

摘要 目的 了解2020-2021自贡市食品中沙门氏菌的污染情况及其耐药谱,为食源性致病菌的风险评估提供数据支持。方法 按照食品安全国家标准GB4789.4—2016,对2020-2021年自贡市采集的128份样本进行沙门氏菌检测。并采用微量肉汤稀释法进行药敏试验。结果 128份样本中检出阳性样本10份,总检出率7.81%。其中,生猪肉样本阳性率最高(27.59%);10株沙门氏菌药敏试验结果表明有5株沙门氏菌为多重耐药菌株,其耐药谱分别为AMPTET-CIP-CHL (S4)、AMP-TET-CIP-CHL-STR-SXT (S5,S6,S7)和AMP-TET-STR (S9)。结论 自贡市食品中存在沙门氏菌污染,尤其是生猪肉中污染较为严重,且存在多重耐药菌株,应加强食品安全风险监测及耐药性检测,预防食源性疾病爆发。 Objective To investigate the contamination status and antimicrobial resistance of Salmonella in food in Zigong from2020 to 2021,and provide the data support for the risk assessment of foodborne pathogenic bacteria.Methods In total,128 samples were collected from Zigong from 2020-2021 for the detection of salmonella according to the National Food Safety Standard(GB4789.4-2016).Antimicrobial resistance susceptibility was performed with broth-microdilution.Results Of the 128 samples,10 positive samples were detected,and the overall detection rate was 7.81%.The detection rate of salmonella from raw pork samples was highest(27.59%).The antibiotic susceptibility testing showed that the 5 isolates of salmonella were multidrug resistant,and their drug resistance spectrum was AMP-TET-CIP-CHL(S4),AMP-TET-CIP-CHL-STR-SXT(S5,S6,S7)and AMP-TET-STR(S9).Conclusion Some foods of Zigong are contaminated by salmonella,especially raw pork,and some isolates were multidrug-resistant.Therefore,the food safety risk monitoring and detection of antimicrobial resistance should be reinforced in order to prevent the outbreaks of foodborne diseases.
