“天地图”升级维护方案探讨

Discussion on upgrade and maintenance scheme of“Map World”

作为我国自主创建的国家地理信息公共服务平台,“天地图”自2010年10月上线以来,在服务我国重大工程建设、重大规划、政府管理决策、应急救灾、百姓生活等方面发挥了积极作用。文章以“天地图·泰州”为例,围绕政府、企业、社会公众需求,从升级和维护两个维度,探索建立一套健全的升级维护机制,有效保障天地图系统平台的安全、稳定运行和监管,促进地理信息资源的社会化应用,全面提升地理信息服务支撑水平,同时也为其他市县天地图建设提供示范参考。

As a national geographic information public service system independently created by China,“Map World”was launched in October 2010,it has played a positive role in serving China’s major project construction,major planning,government management decision-making,emergency rercue,people’s life,etc.This paper takes“Map World·Taizhou”as an example,focusing on the needs of the government,enterprises and the public,from the two dimensions of upgrading and maintenance,to explore and establish a sound upgrading and maintenance mechanism,effectively ensure the safe,stable operation and supervision of the Map World system platform,promote the social application of geographic information resources,comprehensively improve the level of geographic information service support,and also provide demonstration reference for the construction in other cities and counties.
