摘要 煤炭作为我国的主体能源,在开采过程中经常出现事故,提高信息化管理水平可以在一定程度上根治。为此,结合我国重要煤炭城市六盘水市的实际生产情况,构建六盘水市煤矿安全风险管控系统,提高政府监管能力,在技术上、经济上和社会上都具有较强的可行性;结合信息化系统建设的目标,完成系统功能的实现,并结合当前的发展现状,提高和改进六盘水市的安全监管,具有重要意义。 As the main energy source in China,coal often has accidents in the mining process.Improving the level of information management can cure the problem to a certain extent.Therefore,combined with the actual production situation of Liupanshui city,an important coal city in China,it is feasible to build a coal mine safety risk management and control system in Liupanshui city and improve the government’s supervision ability in technology,economy and society;Combined with the goal of information system construction,it is of great significance to complete the realization of system functions and improve the safety supervision of Liupanshui City in combination with the current development status.
