大数据时代下海洋环境信息化服务面临的挑战和应用前瞻

Challenges and application prospects of marine environment information service in the era of big data

进入21世纪以来,随着计算机技术的快速发展,加之云计算、物联网等技术的兴起,各类数据呈爆炸式增长,大数据开发推动新技术和新应用不断涌现,引发新时代信息技术革命,大数据是信息时代的必然发展方向。对海洋环境信息化服务而言,大数据将对气象、水文、测绘、导航等多领域产生巨大影响,给海洋环境相关信息的采集、存储、挖掘分析等带来前所未有的变革和挑战。文章着重分析了海洋环境信息化气象水文等常规观探测传统手段以及卫星遥感领域在数据管理、智能算法和决策服务等方面面临的新问题,并对大数据在海洋环境信息化领域的应用前景进行了展望。

Since the beginning of the 21st century,with the rapid development of computer technology and the rise of cloud computing,Internet of things and other technologies,all kinds of data have exploded.The development of big data promotes the continuous emergence of new technologies and applications,triggering the information technology revolution in the new era.Big data is the inevitable development direction of the information age.For marine environment information services,big data will have a great impact on many fields such as meteorology,hydrology,surveying and mapping,navigation,and bring unprecedented changes and challenges to the collection,storage,mining and analysis of marine environment related information.This paper focuses on the analysis of the traditional means of conventional observation and detection such as meteorology and hydrology of marine environment information and the new problems faced by satellite remote sensing in data management,intelligent algorithm and decision⁃making service,and looks forward to the application prospect of big data in the field of marine environment information.
