摘要
目的:对不同种类的党参的提取物抗氧化活性情况进行研究。方法:选择不同品种党参各10批,进行党参提取物制备,并计算各提取物得率,对其抗氧化活性进行测定。结果:素花党参具有最高的乙醇提取物得率,党参2的水提取物、粗党参低聚糖得率最高,川党参的粗党参多糖得率最高。0~5.00 mg/mL浓度时,在不同品种党参中,粗党参低聚糖自由基清除活性最高,其次为党参水提取物,最后为粗党参多糖。在0~5.00mg/mL的质量浓度时,对于不同品种的精制党参低聚糖而言,其清除率可达94.5%~98.5%,对于相同产地的精制党参低聚糖而言,其对自由基具有更为理想的清除能力。在0~5.00 mg/mL的浓度下,对于不同品种的党参来说,在党参粗低聚糖中,其各大提取物中的DPPH自由基具有最高的清除活性,其次是党参水提取物,最后是粗党参多糖。在质量浓度介于0~5.00mg/mL的范围下,对于不同品种的党参精制党参低聚糖而言,其DPPH自由基具有的清除活性会伴随了其质量浓度而有所增大,清除率最大可以达到94.3%~98.8%。对于相同产地的精制党参低聚糖而言,其与粗党参低聚糖的质量浓度均在5.00 mg/mL时,在纯化完成后的党参低聚糖,其DPPH自由基具有的清除能力相较于粗低聚糖更高。结论:对于不同品种的党参各提取物而言,在清除DPPH自由基的活性方面有较强的效果,其中低聚糖部分具有最强的抗氧化活性,且不同品种党参低聚糖活性差异不大。
Objective:To study the antioxidant activity of different kinds of Codonopsis pilosula extracts.Methods:10 batches of different varieties of Codonopsis pilosula were selected to prepare the extract of Codonopsis pilosula,calculate the yield of each extract,and determine its antioxidant activity.Results:The yield of ethanol extract was the highest,the yield of water extract of Codonopsis pilosula 2 and crude Codonopsis pilosula oligosaccharide was the highest,and the yield of crude Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide was the highest.At the concentration of 0~5.00 mg/mL,among different varieties of Codonopsis pilosula,the scavenging activity of crude Codonopsis pilosula oligosaccharides was the highest,followed by the water extract of Codonopsis pilosula,and finally the crude Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide.At the mass concentration of 0~5.00mg/mL,the clearance rate of purified codonopsis oligosaccharides of different varieties can reach 94.5%~98.5%.For refined codonopsis oligosaccharides of the same origin,it has more ideal scavenging capacity for free radicals.At the concentration of 0~5.00 mg/mL,for different varieties of Codonopsis pilosula,among the crude oligosaccharides of Codonopsis pilosula,the DPPH free radicals in the major extracts have the highest scavenging activity,followed by the water extract of Codonopsis pilosula,and finally the crude polysaccharide of Codonopsis pilosula pilosula.When the mass concentration is within the range of 0~5.00mg/mL,for different varieties of refined codonopsis pilosula oligosaccharides,the scavenging activity of DPPH radicals will increase with its mass concentration,and the maximum scavenging rate can reach 94.3%~98.8%.For refined codonopsis oligosaccharides from the same origin,when the mass concentration of refined and crude codonopsis oligosaccharides is 5.00mg/mL,the DPPH free radical scavenging capacity of purified codonopsis oligosaccharides is higher than that of crude oligosaccharides.Conclusion:The extracts of Codonopsis pilosula of different varieties have strong effects on scavenging DPPH free radicals,among which the oligosaccharide part has the strongest antioxidant activity,and the oligosaccharide activity of Codonopsis pilosula of different varieties has little difference.
