血清CA125、HE4及IL-6指标与卵巢疾病程度诊断结果的关系

The relationship between serum CA125、HE4 and IL-6 and the severity of ovarian cancer

目的:分析血清糖类抗原125(血清CA125)、人附睾蛋白4(HE4)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)指标和卵巢癌病情程度之间的关联性。方法:将2019年1月至2019年12月本院收治的32例卵巢癌患者作为研究的观察组,然后选择同期32例健康体检者作为研究的对照组1;再选择32例卵巢良性病变者作为研究的对照组2,分别检测研究对象的CA125、HE4及IL-6指标,判断指标数据和肿瘤发生之间的关系。结果:研究结果表明,观察组的CA125、HE4及IL-6三项指标均高于正常人群的对照组1和卵巢良性病变的对照组2,结果差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),因此指标的表达水平能够给疾病判断提供参考数据。结论:CA125、HE4及IL-6三项指标检测时具有良好的表达,因此可以被作为卵巢癌诊断过程当中的主要方式以提升诊断效率。

Objective:To analyze the correlation between serum carbohydrate antigen 125(serum CA125),human epididymal protein 4(HE4)and interleukin-6(IL-6)and the severity of ovarian cancer.Methods:Thirty-two ovarian cancer patients admitted to our hospital between January 2019 and December 2019 were used as the observation group of the study,and then 32 healthy physical examination patients in the same period were selected as the control group 1 of the study;then 32 patients with benign ovarian lesions were selected as the control group 2 of the study,and the CA125、HE4 and IL-6 indexes of the study subjects were tested respectively to determine the relationship between index data and tumorigenesis.The relationship between the index data and tumorigenesis was determined.Results:The study showed that all three indicators,CA125、HE4 and IL-6,were higher in the observation group than in the normal control group 1 and higher than in the control group 2 with benign ovarian lesions.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),so that the expression levels of the indicators could provide reference data for disease diagnosis.Conclusion:The three indicators of CA125、HE4 and IL-6 have good expression when detected,so they can be used as the main method in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer to improve the diagnosis efficiency.
