摘要
橡胶再生混凝土性能研究使废旧轮胎和建筑垃圾资源循环利用,保护环境。本文阐述了橡胶再生混凝土抗冻性研究进展,包括含气量、抗冻性影响因素、改善措施。现有研究表明,橡胶掺量对橡胶再生混凝土含气量影响显著,混凝土含气量随着橡胶掺量增加和橡胶粒径减小而增加。适量的橡胶掺量能改善再生混凝土抗冻性,小粒径橡胶抗冻性比大粒径橡胶效果好,再生骨料特点及掺量对混凝土抗冻性有影响。通过掺入适量的纳米材料、纤维或对橡胶改性处理等可改善橡胶再生混凝土抗冻性。
The research on the performance of rubber recycled concrete can recycle the waste tires and construction waste resources and protect the environment.This paper describes the research progress of frost resistance of rubber recycled concrete,including air content,factors affecting frost resistance and improvement measures.Existing studies show that rubber content has a significant effect on the air content of rubber recycled concrete,and the air content of concrete increases with the increase of rubber content and the decrease of rubber particle size.Appropriate amount of rubber content can improve the freezing resistance of recycled concrete.The freezing resistance of rubber with small particle size is better than that of rubber with large particle size.The characteristics and mixing amount of recycled aggregate have influence on the freezing resistance of concrete.The freezing resistance of rubber recycled concrete can be improved by adding appropriate amount of nanomaterials,fibers or modification of rubber.
