财政科技支出对机械制造业绿色转型效应研究

Research on the Effect of Financial Science and Technology Expenditure on Green Transformation of Machinery Manufacturing Industry

本文以我国30个省份、直辖市、自治区2010-2020年的面板数据为研究对象,实证分析地方政府财政科技支出对机械制造业绿色转型的影响。研究结果表明:地方政府财政科技支出对机械制造业绿色转型具有显著促进作用,环境规制在政府财政科技支出对机械制造业绿色转型的促进效应中发挥负向调节作用。

This paper takes the panel data of 30 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2010 to 2020 as the research object,and empirically analyzes the impact of local government financial science and technology expenditure on the green transformation of the machinery manufacturing industry.The results show that the local government's financial expenditure on science and technology has a significant role in promoting the green transformation of the machinery manufacturing industry,and environmental regulation plays a negative role in regulating the promotion effect of the government's financial expenditure on science and technology on the green transformation of the machinery manufacturing industry.
