我国医院护理人力资源管理现状的研究

摘要 护理人员作为医疗从业人员的重要组成部分,其人力资源管理水平直接影响医疗机构的服务质量和医疗质量。尤其是对于近几年快速发展的医院来说,护理人员绩效考核的不断优化也是医院不断进步发展的重要方面。本文以扬州市M医院为例,深入全面的分析目前我国医院护理人员绩效考核的现状,运用科学的方法和工具,优化我国医院护理人力资源管理方法。 Nursing staff,whose human resource management level has a direct impact on the quality of service and medical of medical institutions,is an important part of the practitioners of medical institutions.Especially,for hospitals that have developed rapidly in recent years,a developing performance assessment of nursing staff is also an important aspect continuous progress and development.With M Hospital in Yangzhou as an example,this paper thoroughly and comprehensively analyzes the president situation of performance assessment of nursing staff in hospitals in China,using scientific methods and tools to optimize the management methods of nursing human resources in hospitals in China.
