摘要
随着市场竞争的加剧和数字技术的发展,零售企业进行数字化转型来应对市场变化迫在眉睫。因此,本文选择数字化转型较为成功的代表企业天虹股份作为具体案例研究对象,分析其数字化转型的背景、路径。采用平衡计分卡从财务、客户、内部流程、学习与成长四个维度,对天虹股份数字化转型的绩效进行全面评价。
With the intensification of market competition and the development of digital technology,it is urgent for retail enterprises to carry out digital transformation to cope with market changes.Therefore,this paper chooses Tianhong Stock,a representative enterprise with relatively successful digital transformation,as a specific case study object to analyze the background and path of its digital transformation.The balanced scorecard is used to comprehensively evaluate the performance of digital transformation of Tianhong Stock from four dimensions:finance,customer,internal process,learning and growth.
