放射治疗在胃癌患者中的应用效果研究

Study on Application Effect of Radiotherapy in Gastric Cancer Patients

目的:探讨放射治疗在胃癌患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年9月江苏省盐城市第三人民医院收治的100例胃癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规化疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施放射治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)水平;随访2年,比较两组患者的生存率、复发转移率、不良反应发生率、无瘤生存率。结果:治疗后,观察组IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2年,观察组生存率、无瘤生存率均高于对照组,复发转移率、不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗胃癌患者过程中,应配合进行化疗和治疗,并关注不良反应,可提高患者生存率,降低复发转移率、不良反应率。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of radiotherapy in the patients with gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 100 patients with gastric cancer treated in Yancheng Third People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine chemotherapy and the observation group implemented radiotherapy on the basis of control group.The levels of interleukin 2(IL-2),interleukin 4(IL-4),interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),and interferonγ(IFN-γ)were compared between the two groups after treatment.The survival rate,recurrence and metastasis rate,incidence of adverse reactions,and tumor-free survival rate were compared between the two groups after 2-year follow-ups.Results:After treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-αand IFN-γin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 years after surgery,the survival rate and tumor-free survival rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the recurrence and metastasis rate and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of treating gastric cancer patients,the combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy should be adopted,and adverse reactions should be emphasized,which can increase the survival rate of patients,reduce the rate of recurrence and metastasis and the incidence of adverse reactions.
