特色中医穴位贴敷联合功能锻炼护理对老年膝痹患者的应用效果观察

Effect of Characteristic Chinese Medicine Acupressure Combined with Functional Exercise Care on Elderly Patients with Knee Paralysis

目的:探讨特色中医穴位贴敷联合功能锻炼护理对老年膝痹患者的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5-9月株洲市中医伤科医院收治的56例老年膝痹患者作为研究对象,以干预方式的不同分为两组,各28例。对照组实施功能锻炼护理,试验组在对照组基础上实施中医特色穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组症状评分、膝关节功能及临床疗效。结果:干预后,两组关节疼痛、晨僵、屈伸不利、次证评分及总积分均低于干预前,且试验组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组Lysholm评分均高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:特色中医穴位贴敷联合功能锻炼护理对老年膝痹患者的应用效果显著,能够减轻患者临床症状,改善其膝关节功能,提高治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of characteristic Chinese medicine acupressure combined with functional exercise care on elderly patients with knee paralysis.Methods:Fifty-six elderly patients with knee paralysis admitted to Zhuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Injury from May to September 2021 were selected as study subjects and divided into two groups of 28 cases each with different intervention methods.The control group implemented functional exercise care,and the experimental group implemented TCM characteristic acupressure treatment on the basis of the control group.The symptom scores,knee joint function and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the joint pain,morning stiffness,unfavorable flexion and extension,secondary evidence score and total score were lower in both groups than before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant in the test group than in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the Lysholm scores of both groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)in the experimental group than in the control group.The total effective rate of treatment in the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of characteristic TCM acupressure combined with functional exercise care for elderly patients with knee paralysis is effective,which can reduce patients'clinical symptoms,improve their knee function and enhance the treatment effect,and is worth promoting.
