益气健脾补肾方联合化疗对中晚期恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响研究

Study on Effect of Yiqi Jianpi Bushen Recipe Combined with Chemotherapy on Immune Function in Patients with Advanced Malignant Tumor

目的:研究益气健脾补肾方联合化疗对中晚期恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响。方法:回顾性分析广西浦北县人民医院2019年1月-2020年12月收治的108例中晚期恶性肿瘤患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为两组,各54例。对照组采用化疗治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用益气健脾补肾方进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后免疫功能指标、中医证候积分及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组CD4^(+)、自然杀伤细胞水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组心悸、倦怠、气短、食欲不振中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组恶心呕吐、白细胞下降、肝肾功能损伤发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气健脾补肾方联合化疗可提高中晚期恶性肿瘤患者治疗有效率,改善患者免疫功能,降低不良反应发生风险,值得应用并予以推广。

Objective:To study on effect of Yiqi Jianpi Bushen recipe combined with chemotherapy on immune function in patients with advanced malignant tumor.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 108 patients with mid-to late-stage malignant tumors admitted to the Pubei County People's Hospital,Guangxi,from January 2019 to December 2020,were divided into two groups of 54 cases each according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with chemotherapy,and the study group was treated with the application of Yiqi Jianpi Bushen recipe on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,immune function indexes,TCM syndrome scores and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total treatment efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)and NK in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD8^(+)were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).after treatment,the TCM symptom scores of palpitation,lethargy,shortness of breath and loss of appetite in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea and vomiting,white blood cell drop,and liver and kidney function damage were lower in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Yiqi Jianpi Bushen recipe with chemotherapy can improve the therapeutic efficiency,improve the immune function of patients and reduce the risk of adverse reactions in patients with intermediate and advanced malignant tumors,which is worth applying and promoting.
