摘要
目的:探讨数字化X线摄影(DR)、电子计算机断层扫描(CT)及磁共振成像(MRI)技术在原发性骨肿瘤中的诊断价值。方法:对澧县人民医院2016年9月-2017年9月收治的36例骨肿瘤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,36例患者均进行DR、CT、MRI检查,将检查结果与病理结果进行比较分析。分析3种影像学技术在良、恶性骨肿瘤诊断方面的价值。结果:36例骨肿瘤患者病理学检查结果显示,22例为良性肿瘤,14例为恶性肿瘤。良性肿瘤包括骨巨细胞瘤12例,脂肪瘤2例,骨血管瘤1例,非骨化性纤维瘤3例,软骨母细胞瘤3例,黏液纤维瘤1例;恶性肿瘤包括骨肉瘤7例,恶性纤维组织细胞瘤3例,淋巴瘤2例,长骨造釉细胞瘤2例。DR、CT、MRI对原发性恶性骨肿瘤的诊断符合率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CT、MRI对原发性良性骨肿瘤的诊断符合率高于DR,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:DR、CT和MRI技术在原发性骨肿瘤的临床诊断中各有优缺点,在良性骨肿瘤的诊断方面MRI和CT的诊断价值优于DR,所以掌握这3种不同影像类技术的特点,临床合理选择应用,有助于提高原发性骨肿瘤的检出率。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of digital radiography(DR),electronic computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)techniques in primary bone tumors.Methods:The clinical data of 36 bone tumor patients admitted to the Lixian People's Hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.All 36 patients underwent DR,CT,and MRI examinations,and the examination results were compared and analyzed with pathological findings.The value of the 3 imaging techniques in the diagnosis of benign and malignant bone tumors was analyzed.Results:Pathological examination results of 36 bone tumor patients showed that 22 cases were benign tumors and 14 cases were malignant tumors.Benign tumors included 12 cases of giant cell tumor of bone,2 cases of lipoma,1 case of bone hemangioma,3 cases of nonossifying fibroma,3 cases of chondroblastoma,and 1 case of mucinous fibroma.The differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05)when comparing the diagnostic compliance rates of DR,CT and MRI for primary malignant bone tumors.the diagnostic compliance rates of CT and MRI for primary benign bone tumors were higher than those of DR,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:DR,CT and MRI techniques have their own advantages and disadvantages in the clinical diagnosis of primary bone tumors.MRI and CT have better diagnostic value than DR in the diagnosis of benign bone tumors,so mastering the characteristics of these three different imaging class techniques and applying them in a reasonable clinical selection can help improve the detection rate of primary bone tumors.
