多维度协同护理在高血压合并冠心病患者中的应用效果研究

Research on Application Effect of Multi-Dimensional Collaborative Nursing in Patients with Hypertension and Coronary Heart Disease

目的:研究多维度协同护理在高血压合并冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月12日-2022年5月20日长沙市中心医院收治的64例高血压合并冠心病患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各32例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施多维度协同护理。比较两组护理前后情绪状态、生活质量、血压指标及护理总满意度。结果:护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于护理前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组社会功能、物质功能、心理功能、躯体功能评分均高于护理前,且研究组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平均低于护理前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为高血压合并冠心病患者实施多维度协同护理模式的价值较高,可以帮助患者更好地控制血压及情绪状况,提高患者生活质量及满意度,可积极推广。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 64 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease admitted to Changsha Central Hospital from May 12,2021 to May 20,2022 were selected as the research objects.Using random number table method,the patients were divided into study group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing and the study group was given multi-dimensional collaborative nursing.The emotional state,quality of life,blood pressure indexes and total nursing satisfaction before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of social function,material function,psychological function,and physical function in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-dimensional collaborative nursing is of high value in the patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease,which can help patients better control blood pressure and emotional conditions,improve patients'quality of life and satisfaction.It is suitable for popularization.
