多元化护理在急性脑出血患者中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Diversified Nursing in Patients with Acute Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探讨多元化护理在急性脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月-2020年5月山东省滕州市中心人民医院收治的100例急性脑出血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采实施常规护理,观察组实施多元化护理。比较两组治疗效果、并发症发生率以及患者家属的满意度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者家属的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多元化护理在急性脑出血患者中的应用效果显著,可提高治疗效果与满意度,降低并发症发生率,值得应用并予以推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of diversified nursing in the patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage in Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from April 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing and the observation group implemented diversified nursing.The treatment effect,complication rate and satisfaction of family members in the two groups were compared.Results:The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diversified nursing has significant application effects in patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage,it can improve the treatment effect and satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of application and promotion.
