早期康复护理对高血压脑出血术后患者的应用效果研究

Research on Application Effect of Early Rehabilitation Care in Patients After Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Surgery

目的:探讨早期康复护理对高血压脑出血术后患者的应用效果。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年10月德州市齐河县人民医院收治的120例高血压脑出血术后患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施早期康复护理。比较两组患者术后Barthel指数、上下肢肌力恢复情况及治疗效果。结果:术后1 d、7 d,两组Barthel指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后30 d、60 d,观察组Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组上肢、下肢肌力≥Ⅲ级的概率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复训练可提高高血压脑出血术后患者的治疗效果,改善其生活质量及肢体功能,应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of early rehabilitation care in patients after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage surgery.Methods:A total of 120 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage surgery in Dezhou City Qihe County People's Hospital from July 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine care and the observation group implemented early rehabilitation care.The Barthel index,upper and lower limb muscle strength recovery and treatment effect after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:At 1 d and 7 d after surgery,there was no significant difference in Barthel index between the two groups(P>0.05).At 30 d and 60 d after surgery,the Barthel index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the probability of upper limb and lower limb muscle strength≥gradeⅢin the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation training can improve the treatment effect,ameliorate the quality of life and limb function of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,and has high application value.
