基于依从性曲线变化规律的阶段性健康宣教对脑卒中患者康复锻炼依从性的影响

Effect of staged health education based on the change of compliance curve on rehabilitation exercise compliance of stroke patients

目的探讨基于依从性曲线变化规律的健康宣教对脑卒中患者康复锻炼依从性的影响。方法选取2020年7月至2021年7月脑卒中康复期患者110例, 应用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组及对照组, 每组55例。对照组行常规健康宣教, 观察组基于依从性曲线变化规律对患者实施分阶段健康宣教, 比较两组患者干预前后功能锻炼依从性、肢体功能改善情况及生活质量改善情况。结果观察组康复功能锻炼依从性总评分、Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer运动功能总评分、脑卒中专用生活质量量表评分较对照组明显提高, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于依从性曲线变化规律的健康宣教能有效提高脑卒中患者康复锻炼依从性, 改善患者运动功能, 提高患者日常生活能力, 改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of health education based on the change rule of compliance curve on rehabilitation exercise compliance of stroke patients.MethodsA total of 110 patients with total incidence of stroke during rehabilitation period from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group received phased health education based on the change rule of compliance curve.The functional exercise compliance,limb function improvement and quality of life improvement were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Compared with the control group,observation group of rehabilitation exercise adherence to total score,Barthel index,Fugl-Meyer movement function total score,quality of life for stroke scale score has improved obviously,the differences were statistically significant(P<O.05).Conclusions Health education based on the change rule of compliance curve can effectively improve the rehabilitation exercise compliance of stroke patients,improve their motor function,improve their daily living ability and quality of life.
