Research progress on influencing factors of sense of coherence in stroke patients

脑卒中给患者造成较大的心理应激反应, 降低其身心健康和生活质量, 而心理一致感能反映患者的积极心理状态, 影响其康复效果和幸福感。本文归纳脑卒中患者心理一致感的影响因素并提出针对性的干预措施, 旨为提高脑卒中患者心理一致感提供参考依据。

Stroke causes greater psychological stress response to patients,which reduces their physical and mental health and quality of life,while sense of coherence can reflect the positive mental state of patients,affecting their rehabilitation effect and happiness.This paper summarizes the influencing factors of sense of coherence in stroke patients and proposes targeted intervention measures,aiming to provide a reference for improving sense of coherence in stroke patients.
